Halle Berry wowed onlookers recently in a strapless gown that displayed a perfectly- honed decolletage.
The actress, 51, attributes her physique to workouts that build strength and tone.
‘I have never worked out with weights unless I had to for a film role,’ she has said.
‘Left to my own devices, I do cardio . . . and exercises that involve my own body weight, because I never want to get too muscly.’
WHAT TO TRY: The chest squeeze works the muscles in the decolletage area, including the pectoral muscles.
Sit upright on a chair and engage your core muscles.
Hold a football in front of your chest using both hands, with elbows pointing out.
Push your palms together and squeeze the ball until you feel your chest muscles contract.
Slowly straighten your arms to hold the ball in front of you.
Make sure you squeeze the ball while you perform this movement and as you bring the ball back to your chest.
Repeat 12 times and complete four sets.
