A model has gone viral after sharing astonishing before and after photos of her skin to document how she cleared up her severe acne in just a matter of days.
Brianna Lopez, from Los Angeles, posted detailed pictures of her skin on Instagram and the internet is freaking out over the drastic difference; having suffered from a bad case of acne, the model said that her sore, red blemishes totally disappeared after she used a range of products that she found in a health-food store.
After seeing the amazing results, Brianna’s routine went viral with her transformation photo getting over 10,000 likes, while her step-by-step instructional photo has over 16,000 and counting.

Before: Brianna Lopez shared that when her skin was at its worst, it was ‘a hard time’ and she ‘was very bothered by it’ but her skincare routine started to clear her skin in just a week
The aspiring model shared her exact skincare routine in six easy and simple steps so that everyone could follow along, and she also made a note to everyone following.
‘I only reapply moisturizer and sunblock in the mornings and do the oil cleansing and mask at night if I had on makeup that day. If I didn’t wear makeup I would just leave my face alone all the time.’
The steps are, first, double cleanse with 100% pure jojoba oil and wipe it off with a hot wash rag then follow up with a raw honey mask mixed with about half of a teaspoon of turmeric and cinnamon.
She also shared that she has two other masks that she likes to use besides the honey, such as a sulfur mask or a bentonite clay mask, but she says the honey is her favorite.
Next, she moisturizes with the Shea Terra Organics Rose Hips & Carrot Perfecting Serum and moisturizing Doterra Lavender Oil.
Then, at night she spot treats her skin with raw Shea butter. She also uses the the Raw Elements Eco Formula 30+ Lotion sunblock ‘pretty much everyday.’
As for the last step in her routine, it actually doesn’t involve putting product on her skin, instead she takes herbal supplements including turmeric, milk thistle, burdock root, and neem leaf.

She uses these natural herbal supplements to get her skin under control, and she even advised her followers, ‘please do your research on herbs before you take them.’
Lopez shared with Allure, that she began seeing her skin clear up in just a week. ‘My skin is improving every day. But I felt comfortable in my skin within, like, two and a half months,’ she admitted.
She also shared that she only does all of these steps if she had makeup on that day.
‘If I don’t wear makeup for a few days in a row, I just re-apply the two oils and some sunblock in the morning. I think that’s pretty much it. I’m also pescatarian so I don’t eat mammal meat but I eat fish. My diet is decent.’
In a very honest Instagram caption, Brianna explained why she chose to share her skin transformation photos.
‘My skin isn’t perfect. But it has come a long way and I want to share the progress with everyone.
‘I just wanted to make a little post about skin because I’ve struggled with mine so much, and I really feel like I need to stop pretending like I haven’t. Especially in the industry I am trying to get into, it can be very deceiving about body image and skin.
‘This is my skin at its worst on the left and now on the right. This was a hard time and I was very bothered by it. Didn’t want to leave my room or even have my own parents look at me.
Acceptance: Lopez shared that she started to see her skin calm down in as little as a week after trying the routine and said, ‘my skin isn’t perfect but it has come a long way’

‘I still have scarring left which I am working with a doctor to fix because to be a model you basically need to be “perfect,” which no one is and I am not claiming to be perfect at all.
‘There are worse things that can happen to you in life than acne. But getting acne takes a really big toll on your life.’
Many people were impressed by Brianna’s routine but had questions regarding scars, to which she shared the things that helped her with scars in the past.
