That’s the verdict of former Arsenal and England star Martin Keown, who expects the near neighbours to draw 2-2 at Old Trafford.
United play host to City this weekend off the back of victories over Arsenal and CSKA Moscow.
And they need to maintain that form if they’re to have any chance of overhauling Pep Guardiola’s Premier League table-toppers.
City, on the other hand, can extend their lead over to United to 11 points if they are victorious on Sunday.
Keown believes the Manchester rivals will have matched each other come the full-time whistle though.
“Jose Mourinho will try to shut down the game but that does not mean we are in for a boring encounter,” Keown told the Daily Mail.
“Mourinho may see the victory over Arsenal as one of his most perfect performances.
“Not just because of his rivalry with Arsene Wenger, but because of how his team executed their plan.
“They pressed high, won the ball back well and packed a punch on the break.
“At the Emirates, Mourinho sent a message to Pep Guardiola that United are still pushing City for this title.
“United will try to break as they did against Arsenal, but City will then look to exploit United when they do.
“For this reason, I think we are in for a cracker.
“An entertaining 2-2 draw.”
